He has consistently achieved success in corporate performance. He serves on the Board of several high profile organisations.
He is a practicing member of the following Institutions: Chartered institute of Tax Accountant (CICTA) - Ghana, Certified International Tax Accountant (CITA) -UK, Chartered Certified Forensic Accountant (CCFA) and a practicing member of Ghana Institute of Consulting (GIC) and has taken various leadership and professional training programs at GIMPA Business School, Achimota and University of Professional studies, Legon - Accra, over the period. He is married with two children.
Kofi (as he popularly wants to be called) is the Managing Partner of H-Pianim. He holds MA in International Affairs from Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy, (LECIAD), University of Ghana with special interest in international trade. Before acquiring his master's degree, he obtained BA French (Economics minor) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and Teachers' Certificate “A” from Mt Mary College of Education, Somanya. Besides these, Kofi has acquired a professional certificate from the Ghana Institute of Consultants and now a practicing Consultant. Currently, Kofi is a (level 3) student at Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Presently, he works as a Relationship Manager at Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) and manages his marketing consultancy firm, Purple Babt Limited. Kofi is a top brass commodities trader and has a top-notch upper hand in marketing with several years of experience with Federated Commodities Company Limited (FEDCO), the Standard Chartered Bank, N- Power, London in UK and Harveys Furnishing in the UK among others. He worked as Sector Manager and Port Coordinating Manager of the Eastern Sector and Tema Takoradi and Kaase ports of the company respectively. FEDCO is a key Licenced Buying Company (LBC) in Ghana. Furthermore, he worked as Sales and Business Development Manager at Vulcan Natural Resources Limited (Engineering Procurement & Construction company), a position too challenging but managed to succeed.
Mr. Ernest Yeboah holds MBA in Finance from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and BSc Business Administration (Accounting) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology, Kumasi. He also holds Financial Markets Certificate from Yale University on Coursera and Doing Business in India Certificatefrom S.P.Jain Institute of ManagementandResearch. Ernest is a Chartered Accountant, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Ernest is a highly motivated and result oriented accounting and finance professional with over seven (7) years’ experience in accounting and business. He has worked as a Budgeting and Financial Reporting Consultant to the Local Government, an Accounts Officer, Finance Officer and Business Development, a Financial and a Management Consultant for both local and international businesses. He has also represented some international businesses in Ghana. He joined H-Pianim Consult in 2018 and he is currently a partner of the firm.
Mrs Hagar Pianim is the Head of HR/Admin at Quality Life Assurance Company Limited with ten (10) years' work experience. She is a Director for H-Pianim Consult Limited and has worked with Anglogold Ashanti, Obuasi for 2 years at the Industrial Relations Department as the Personal Secretary to the then Superintendent. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management and Practitioners (IHRMP), and holds Masters in Business Administration degree the Australian Institute of Business. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Adminstration (Human Resource) from Trinity College, Malaga, Spain and an Advanced Diploma in Secretarial and Management at Jayee University College. Mrs Owusu Ansah has undergone various leadership and training programs at Almond Institute and other places.
Lewu Felix Yaw is a young enthusiastic Chartered Accountant with over 10 years working experience in Accounting and Auditing.He holds first degree in BSc Accounting from University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA).He is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG).
He held the following positions before becoming a partner in H-Pianim Consult. The immediate Head of Accounts for Sucryza Distributors Limited a member of the Phoenix group of Companies in over 42 countries for three years. Audit Senior @ Adjei,Ansah & Associate for 3years. Account Officer ENERGOPROJEKT Ghana Ltd a Serbian construction company for 2 years, Head of Accounts Charleston Hotel Ltd, Head of accounts International Estate and Construction Limited, Head of Accounts Lightingale Ltd.
Mr Eric Owusu holds an MBA in Marketing from the KNUST School of Business. Mr Owusu has taken various courses in Business Strategy and Consulting. Mr Owusu has experience as a Coach, supervising virtual consulting teams, that prepares business plans for multinational companies. Mr Owusu also worked with Olam Ghana Limited as District Manager. He has also worked for Huawei Furniture Company limited, a furniture manufacturing company as a Marketing Manager for 4 years. Mr Owusu was responsible for the company's Business development recruiting agents and retail shops for the company's products nationwide.

Mr. Prince Kofi Hanson has varied experience in Business Development and strategic management. He has worked as the Business Development Manager for J&R Offshore International and also as the General Manager for Ranceb E&C Projects Limited, an Engineering and Construction company in Ghana.
He is a graduate from the Malardalens University Business School, Sweden, and currently is a doctoral student at the Nelson Mandela University, South Africa. His research is in the area of Utilization of the Local Content Law for a sustainable Oil and Gas industry in Ghana.
Mr Patrick Boah is a graduate of Methodist University College of Ghana with Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Mr Boah worked with Ghana Revenue Authority for 3 years. He also worked with INTU-IT Ghana Limited, an IT Company. Mr Boah currently works with H- Pianim Ltd.
Mr. Boris Easlord Addo is a young energetic graduate who holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from University of Cape Coast. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Security Intelligence and Forensics from KNUTSFORD University and currently undertaking a bachelors in Information Technology from Ghana Technology University College. He serves as a Taxation Associate at H-pianim Consult. He is an excellent worker whose dedication to work, team oriented attitude and timely execution of assigned tasks contributes greatly to the achievement of our objectives.
Ms. Odoi is a graduate of Data Link Institute with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Accounting Option).
Ms. Odoi has worked with H-Pianim Consult Limited since June 2017 in the capacity of an Administrator / Accountant. She is currently a student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants pursuing studies in order to become a Chartered Accountant.
